Cancellation & Rescheduling
A clear policy protects your time and mine.
Please read this policy before choosing an appointment. Completing your booking means you understand and accept these terms.
- All appointments are prepaid. Payment is due in full when your session is booked. Appointment times are not held without payment.
- Payments are non-refundable. Your time is reserved specifically for you, and preparation or remote healing work may begin before we meet.
- One reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Your payment will be transferred to the newly selected appointment time.
- Less than 48 hours’ notice forfeits the full payment. This includes late cancellations, late rescheduling requests, and missed appointments. A new payment is required to book again.
- Late arrival does not extend the session. Your appointment will still end at its scheduled time so the next client’s protected time is honored.
- If Marcia must cancel, you are protected. You may transfer the full payment to another available time or receive a full refund.
